Genocide-Know-More

The NewsHound Team felt privileged to produce the newspaper ‘Genocide-Know-More’ on the 70th Anniversary of the Genocide Convention.

Written collectively by the students attending several schools including Hampton School, Turing House School, Orleans Park School, Reach Academy, Tolworth Girls’ School, Pimlico Academy, Abraham Moss Community School, Newport Girls’ High School, & Hampton High.

The aim of the newspaper was to raise awareness of the human suffering that genocide has caused over the years and also to provide a platform to enable the voices of the survivors to be heard.

The News Hound Team were happy to offer initial advice and input early on in the project. After the design and editorial had been completed The NewsHound Team printed 750 copies of a twenty page tabloid newspapers and delivered them to the customer within 24 hours from receiving the print files.

We were asked to take some video footage of the production process in order that the pupils could gain understanding of what was involved in the production of their Newspapers and ultimately seeing their hard work come to fruition.
